Returns-Lost/Damaged Orders-Incorrect Items
We always want our friends to be happy so we will do our best to make any issue right on our end to the best of our ability!
We cannot accept returns due to safety guidelines, so we hope you are happy with your scent selections. We try our best to describe all of our scents, and we wish we could make a scratch and sniff option so it would be easy for folks to choose their favorites!
Although we do our best to package up your orders the best way possible, we know that things can unfortunately happen in transit that is out of our control. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can help get started on making a claim with the USPS.
Lastly, we try to make sure everything is sent correctly, but occasionally we make a mistake (downside of being a human!). Again contact us and we will make it right!
